Joining a Community

You can join a community in three different ways:

1. Join the community via email link

If you received an invitation by email to join the community in Membook, click on the link in the invitation to register to Membook and then access the community’s joining form. 

2. Join by searching a group in Membook

If you are a registered Membook user you can search for a community in Search groups function (in top menu). All publicly visible communities and groups can be found and joined in Membook. Click the Join or Send Application icon next to the community name and fill in the form that opens.

3. Join by a specific joining form

A community can also have a specific Membook joining form on their website. By filling the form, you can join the community and at the same time register yourself as a Membook user, if you want.

How to know if your application has been successful?

Once you have successfully joined a community (direct joining) or your application has been approved, you will find the community listed in the Your Communities drop-down menu in the top bar.
