Please note that the information request can only apply to Membook Oy Ltd in its capacity as a registrar. In practice, this means only your personal information in our user register.

If you wish to request information collected by an association using Membook, you can send us the request, but we will forward it to the association concerned. The association is a customer of Membook Oy Ltd and in the case of their membership register, Membook acts as the register manager and the association is the actual registrar.

The data subject has the right to:
  • get information about the processing of their personal data
  • get access to the data
  • Rectification and erasure of data to be forgotten
  • restrict the processing of the data
  • transfer the data to another system
